RETURN POLICY

Returns may be made within 14 days of order date. No returns will be accepted if the unit has been installed in the vehicle, altered, modified, or damaged in any way. Return price will not include original shipping and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. A return authorization number from TGS is required for any return to be accepted. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. Driveline problems can be at times difficult to diagnosis properly. It is very important that you are sure that your driveline issue is actually being caused by a transfer case failure and not some other failed component before ordering a reman unit. Once a unit is installed in your vehicle we will not accept it as a return so please make sure that you actually need a replacement transfer case before ordering.
