RETURN POLICY
Returns may be made within 14 days of order date. No returns will be accepted if the unit has been installed in the vehicle, altered, modified, or damaged in any way. Refunds will not include any ACTUAL shipping charges that have been incurred including the ACTUAL shipping charges of the transfer case to the customer and the ACTUAL shipping charges of the transfer case back to us. A return authorization from The Gear Shop is required for any return to be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. Drive line problems can be difficult to diagnosis properly. It is very important that you are sure that your drive line issue is actually being caused by a transfer case failure and not some other failed component before ordering a remanufactured transfer case from us. Once a transfer case is installed in your vehicle we will not accept it as a return so please make sure that you actually need a replacement transfer case before ordering.
